Follow these steps and we can have it going as soon as possible.
Step 1 - Open up your internet browser and click the web address bar.
Step 2 - Type in www.ninite.com and click Enter.
Step 3 - Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the Utilities list.
Step 4 - Click the check mark next to TeamViewer
Step 5 - Click the Get Installer button
Step 6 - After it finishes the download Open the installer
- Chrome - Click the bottom where it shows the finished download and click Run and Yes
- Firefox - Click the green arrow in the upper right where the download is then click Run and Yes
- Explorer - Click Run at the bottom after download completes Then click Run again and Yes
Step 7 - Let the program download and install.
Step 8 - Once the program is finished installing Open the program.
Step 9 - Contact me when you are ready and we can begin the session.
Step 10 - Once I'm on I will need Your ID so I can make a connection to your computer.
Step 11 - Once a connection has been established I will need the password to complete the process.
Step 12 - Once the connection is verified I will have limited access to your computer. I will be able to click and navigate files with your permission so I can see what is wrong and what the needed steps will be.
Most problems can be handled with this method but others may need to be brought into the shop to be completed to the full extent (Reinstalling Operating Systems, full back ups, damaged hardware, etc)
